The low-temperature drying room designed and manufactured by our company is mainly composed of a translation conveyor device, a circulating fan system, a heating system, a moisture drainage device, etc., and is divided into four temperature zones. The translational conveying mechanism is a single-row double-chain type, the surface rods move smoothly, and the distance between the rods can be adjusted arbitrarily according to process needs; several self-made powerful fans are installed in the drying room to ensure efficient convection and circulation of hot air in each temperature zone in the drying room; The heating system can use steam, thermal oil, hot water, etc. as heat sources. The pipeline layout adopts double-circuit heating, which can achieve temperature balance at both ends of the drying room; the moisture removal device uses 3 sets of fans to directionally discharge moisture, and the moisture removal volume can be adjusted. The control is convenient and fast.
