The rolling mill unit supporting our company's low-temperature noodle production line can be divided into MT-350 type - MT-1000 type and other specifications (8-10 pairs of rollers) according to the output; the composite rolling form is divided into single-sheet composite and double-sheet composite Two types; calender rolls are divided into flat rolls, helical tooth drawing rolls, corrugated rolls, etc. according to process needs. The large-scale calendering unit is driven by three hard-tooth surface reducers and adopts variable frequency speed control. It has low noise, easy maintenance and long service life.
