  The dough mixers supporting our company's low-temperature noodle production line are mainly divided into three categories: HWJ series biaxial dough mixers, HL series continuous dough mixers and HWJZ series vacuum mixers.  

1. HWJZ series vacuum dough mixer

       HWJZ series vacuum dough mixer is a national patented product developed by our company, and is also an important equipment in the production process of medium and high-end noodles. The equipment can automatically realize quantitative water injection, automatic opening and closing of the lid, automatic unloading, automatic pumping and releasing of vacuum; the dough mixing speed is variable frequency double speed (high-speed water powder mixing and low-speed kneading), and the speed is adjustable, and the dough mixing time can be adjusted according to the The process needs to be set; all operating procedures and steps can be controlled automatically by PLC programs.

  Vacuum kneading can make the wheat flour protein molecules fully absorb water in a short period of time. The dough absorbs a large amount of water, has a low temperature rise, and fully forms a gluten network, so that the made noodles have a smooth and chewy texture. 2. HWJ series double-axis dough mixing machine

      This equipment adopts the horizontal, double-shaft, rotating blade beater to imitate the artificial flour mixing mode. The dough mixed is loose, uniform, golden in color, has good aging effect, and has high gluten strength. It adopts the discharging form of drum revolving door, which has the characteristics of good sealing and no powder leakage.

3. HL series continuous dough mixer

  This series of equipment is a professional equipment for kneading noodles in the process of producing dried noodles. After the water mixer above continuously discharges the material, the double-shaft paddles in the mixing tank continuously stir and knead the dough to promote the dough to mature and form. High-quality dough suitable for noodle production. This equipment can achieve fully automatic production with high production efficiency when matched with noodle production equipment.
